Happy Birthday James
James Yap, September 11, 1965- January 2005 |
James, your light shines on through our three children.
They are my greatest treasure.
Thank you so much for everything!
They are my greatest treasure.
Thank you so much for everything!
Had James been alive, he would have turned 45 today. We may have moved on but we have not forgotten. He will always be in our hearts. And we will forever be grateful for all the memories he left behind.
13 POINTS OF VIEW:

an award for you.
It is so hard to lose someone you love so young. His light shines on through the eyes of your children. You are so right when you say they are your greatest treasure. Keep shining, Bing. You are doing great. He must be so proud of you.
I am sending you and your children my deepest love on this special day of remembrance. That video is such a beautiful, beautiful tribute to any of our loved ones that have left this world, with such hope for those of us who are waiting for our time. Peace and Joy to you, Bing. Heartspell
Hau`oli La Hanau to James. I hope you and the kids celebrate his life to the utmost today and I know you all love him to death and have infinite memories of him. A beautiful tribute my friend :)
jingle, thanks for stopping by and for the new award. that is really so sweet of you.
sherry, i read your touching comment in my "we were not ready to say goodbye" post. thanks so much for taking the time to read james' story.
acceptance was not easy, sherry. he would have turned 40 that year we lost him. we were planning a big thanksgiving party, his very first. it didn't happen. we didn't get the chance.
he would have been proud of the kids. 5 years have changed them a lot. yes, his light shines on through their eyes.
heartspell, thanks for joining us here in remembering james. that means a lot to me. again, thank you so much.
thom, we offered a catholic mass in his memory last friday and celebrated LIFE itself yesterday, september 11. we have so much to be thankful for. our painful loss may have changed our lives forever but we have no complaints. i am so glad none of these kids grew up with bitterness or hatred in their hearts. thanks for stopping by and for your birthday message. much appreciated, my friend!
Dear Bing, I am tagging you with the Happy Award.
