Sunset (Haiku)
Like the setting sun
Life soon finds its horizon
The dark sky beckons
We work hard to live
Is this all there is to life?
Each day a struggle
Meaningless pursuit
Of material wealth and fame
Life wasted on greed
All on borrowed time
You are nothing when end comes
Soon forgotten too
Surely there must be
A greater purpose, deeper
Reason why we're here
Next week’s theme: Fathers
