He will get you through it.

The Joy of Growing Older

Grace grows where time gently weaves its story.

The angles of life, once sharp and bright,

Now soften with time, bathed in gentle light.

Each passing year a treasure to hold,

A story colored in hues of gold.

The mirror reflects a wiser face,

A canvas of love, of laughter, and grace.

Older we grow, yet younger at heart,

A masterpiece where all seasons play a part.

Through life’s shifting shades, we stand tall,

Embracing the beauty of it all.

Aging with joy, like a timeless song,

Knowing each step has made us strong.

Indeed, as the song says, something's lost and something's gained in living every day. Welcome to the Word List!

Just what I needed to hear on this gray (haired) day, written with a sprightly rhythm and rhyme, and a spreading smile.

An admirable way to look at it. Life is how we take it and what we make it.

Being happy doesn't mean everything's perfect. It means you decide to see beyond the imperfections.

"Count your blessings. Once you realize how valuable you are and how much you have going for you, the smiles will return, the sun will break out, the music will play, and you will finally be able to move forward to the life that God intended for you with grace, strength, courage and confidence." ~ Og Mandino

If I could wish for my life to be perfect, it would be tempting, but I would have to decline, for life would no longer teach me anything.
