Bye For Now

sweet kisses blown

tearful goodbyes thrown

deep tinge of pain

eased by covenant

evanescent time and space

bridged by two hearts as one

reunion is reckoned

forever beckons

Away/near - these may be mere words... but their meanings reside deep within... and your poem totally reinforced that thought in me! I am glad it did! Cuz when you "know", you can attempt to "control" too...

Thanks for this beautiful poem, Bing..

Being apart... even for a minute can feel like a thousand years away... but when hope is there, then nothing can ever make your faith fall down.

Amazing poem, thanks a lot for sharing, I know them all have a very precious piece from your heart... I guess that´s why they are all so touching.

Being happy doesn't mean everything's perfect. It means you decide to see beyond the imperfections.

"Count your blessings. Once you realize how valuable you are and how much you have going for you, the smiles will return, the sun will break out, the music will play, and you will finally be able to move forward to the life that God intended for you with grace, strength, courage and confidence." ~ Og Mandino

If I could wish for my life to be perfect, it would be tempting, but I would have to decline, for life would no longer teach me anything.
